Present short list to client and set up meetings
Prepare client and candidates for interviews
Debrief and provide feedback to both parties
Offer, Acceptance & New Hire Assimilation
Provide guidance in selection of the successful candidate
Ascertain that financial terms and conditions are acceptable to both parties
Counsel candidate on relevant matters i.e. project selection factors, resignation, counteroffer etc.
Communicate with both parties on a continual basis to ensure mutual satisfaction
