Mike Gardner, CPA, brings 15 years of staffing industry experience and expertise to Raymond Michael Associates. Mike was a founding partner of the XSOR Group, a specialty firm which provided staffing services in the accounting, finance and technology fields. Mike also served as a Senior Executive Recruiter and Market Manager for the New York City office of Source Finance, a large national staffing firm for over 11 years. Prior to recruiting, Mike was the Controller and Operations Manager for KemStore, Inc a New Jersey based chemical storage and distribution company. Mike began his career at Deloitte & Touche (formerly Deloitte, Haskins & Sells). Mike is a CPA in the State of New York and resides in Central New Jersey with his wife and three children.
Ray Menendez, CPA, MBA, brings 20 years of staffing industry experience and expertise to Raymond Michael Associates. Ray was a founding partner of the XSOR Group, a specialty firm which provided staffing services in the accounting, finance and technology fields. Ray also served as a Senior Executive Recruiter and Market Manager for the central New Jersey region of Source Finance, a large National Staffing firm for over 14 years. Prior to recruiting, Ray was a Financial/ Operational Business Consultant for the National Broadcasting Company (NBC). Ray began his career at Arthur Andersen. Ray is a CPA in the State of New Jersey and holds a BS in Accounting from St. Peter's College and an MBA from Fordham University. Ray resides in Central New Jersey with his wife and two children. |
